Recipe Name: Spagetti bolognaise
Guest:
Ingredients:
Fine chopped onion
Fine chopped salary
Canned tomato
Chopped garlic
Chili paste
Salt
Pasta/Spagetti
Cheese
Mince meat
Olive oil
Mushroom
Red wine

Utensils:
Pan
Wooden spoon
Chopping board
Cooks knife
Cheese slicer
Tin cutter
Strainer



Methods:
              Step 01
ü  Melt olive oil in pan
ü  Add onion, salt stir
ü  Add mince meat and mix well
ü  Add canned tomato, tomato paste
ü  Add garlic to taste, add chili paste
ü  Add red wine and cooked to 35m-45m in simmering heat
ü  Add pepper
Step 02
ü  Boiled the spaghetti in water
ü  Add some little olive oil
ü  Staining/Drain well and light dry 
Step 03
ü  Put the spaghetti on a plate and level
ü  Spread the meat on spaghetti
ü  Keep slice cheese on top for gratin and bake
ü  Serve hot
