Recipe Name: Fish cake
Guest: 4 guests
Ingredients:
Potato-                  900gms
Fillet Salmon-      900gms
Melted butter-      25gms
Chopped dill-         15gms
Sunflower oil-         2 tblspn
Seasons flour-      50 gms
Egg-                          2 nos
Breadcrumbs-    150 gms
Salt & pepper-          to test

Utensils:
Pot
Cooks knife
Chopping board
Peeler
Fry pan
Spoon
Plate
Ceiling film
Masher, strainer,

Methods: Step 01
o   Cut the potato ¼ per pcs and boil in salted water till soft
o   Mass the potato and cool
o   Step 02
o   Boil the salmon fillet in water by simmering heat at 8 minutes
o   Drain well the fillet and  remove the skin
o   Discard the fish bone
o   Step 03
o   Mix the fish in mass potato, butter, chopped dill, mix finely
o   Add salt and pepper
o   Step 04
o   Shape the mass like round ½ cm. thickness cake
o   Keep the all cake  in a plate and cover by ceiling film
o   Put in refrigerator in 20 minutes
o   Step 05
o   Cake coating in 1st ly flour, 2nd ly egg, 3rd ly breadcrumbs
o   Melt the sunflower oil in a fry pan
o   Fry the fish cake in oil till golden brown color in high heat
o   Keep the cake on butter paper on a plate
o   Serve with green salad, tarter sauce, squeeze with lemon.
Tips!!!!!
You can use any sea or local fish without bone.
