Lentil soup....It's a diabeticfriendly....so..good..for everybody


LENTIL SOUP


Recipe Name: LENTIL SOUP

Ingredients:

Lentils
Potato
Oil
Meat or meat bone
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Read chili powder
Water
Salt
Corn flour
Lemon juice
Rice/Dice chicken
Onion


600 gm
400 gm
1    Table spoon
2    kilograms
1   Table spoon
2    Table spoon
1    Table spoon
1    Tea spoon
4.5 Litters
       To Taste
If required
2     Table spoon
100 gm
100 gm
Kitchen knife
Peeling knife
Chopping board
Large pan
Spoon
Ladle
Puree machine

Method of preparation:
o   Peel the all of potato and roughly cut
o   Melt the oil in pan
o   Add Meat or meat bone
o   Add onion, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder
o   Add lentils and potato
o   Nicely braise all of them
o   Add water and bring to boil 40-50 minute
o   Make puree and re boil them
o   Add corn flour paste (If required)
o   Add Lemon juice
o   Serve with dice chicken or Rice
