Recipe Name-Minestrone Soup
Guest-
Ingredients:
Small shell Pasta
Mince garlic paste
Red kidney bean
Canned Tomato
Salt and pepper
Beef stock broth
Carrot
Salary
Potato
Fresh parsley
Fresh Mushrooms


Utensils:
Two Cooking pot
Wooden spoon
Cooks knife
Chopping board





Methods:
ü  Cut carrot, Parsley, Potato, Salery, Fresh mushroom
ü  Put all vegetables in a hot pot and stir till dry
ü  Add Kidney bean, Tomato paste and mix well
ü  Add garlic paste and beef stock & stir
ü  Seasoning by salt, pepper & stir
ü  Cover the pot and cooked 10-20 minutes in simmering heat
ü  Finally add small shell pasta and mix well
ü  Add little water and stir and boiled sometimes
ü  Serve with Italian bread

Recipe Name: Spagetti bolognaise

Ingredients:
Fine chopped onion
Fine chopped salary
Canned tomato
Chopped garlic
Chili paste
Salt
Pasta/Spagetti
Cheese
Mince meat
Olive oil
Mushroom
Red wine

Utensils:
Pan
Wooden spoon
Chopping board
Cooks knife
Cheese slicer
Tin cutter
Strainer



Methods:
              Step 01
ü  Melt olive oil in pan
ü  Add onion, salt stir
ü  Add mince meat and mix well
ü  Add canned tomato, tomato paste
ü  Add garlic to taste, add chili paste
ü  Add red wine and cooked to 35m-45m in simmering heat
ü  Add pepper
Step 02
ü  Boiled the spaghetti in water
ü  Add some little olive oil
ü  Staining/Drain well and light dry 
Step 03
ü  Put the spaghetti on a plate and level
ü  Spread the meat on spaghetti
ü  Keep slice cheese on top for gratin and bake
ü  Serve hot

Recipe Name: Fish cake

Ingredients:
Potato-                  900gms
Fillet Salmon-      900gms
Melted butter-      25gms
Chopped dill-         15gms
Sunflower oil-         2 tblspn
Seasons flour-      50 gms
Egg-                          2 nos
Breadcrumbs-    150 gms
Salt & pepper-          to test

Utensils:
Pot
Cooks knife
Chopping board
Peeler
Fry pan
Spoon
Plate
Ceiling film
Masher, strainer,

Methods: Step 01
o   Cut the potato ¼ per pcs and boil in salted water till soft
o   Mass the potato and cool
o   Step 02
o   Boil the salmon fillet in water by simmering heat at 8 minutes
o   Drain well the fillet and  remove the skin
o   Discard the fish bone
o   Step 03
o   Mix the fish in mass potato, butter, chopped dill, mix finely
o   Add salt and pepper
o   Step 04
o   Shape the mass like round ½ cm. thickness cake
o   Keep the all cake  in a plate and cover by ceiling film
o   Put in refrigerator in 20 minutes
o   Step 05
o   Cake coating in 1st ly flour, 2nd ly egg, 3rd ly breadcrumbs
o   Melt the sunflower oil in a fry pan
o   Fry the fish cake in oil till golden brown color in high heat
o   Keep the cake on butter paper on a plate
o   Serve with green salad, tarter sauce, squeeze with lemon.

Method of preparation:

ü  Cut the chicken small slice of pieces
ü  Put cold stock in a pan with chicken, sweet corn, salt, sugar, white pepper and Aji-no-moto.
ü  Boil   20 minutes.
ü  Add corn flour (Make paste). And cook  minutes.
ü  Check consistency and seasoning.
ü  Add egg and stirring.
ü  Serve hote.

Method of preparation:
o   Peel the all of potato and roughly cut
o   Melt the oil in pan
o   Add Meat or meat bone
o   Add onion, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder
o   Add lentils and potato
o   Nicely braise all of them
o   Add water and bring to boil 40-50 minute
o   Make puree and re boil them
o   Add corn flour paste (If required)
o   Add Lemon juice
o   Serve with dice chicken or Rice

Methods of preparation:

o   Melt the butter in a large saucepan
o   Add roughly cut the Crushed garlic, Carrot, Onion, Celery, Little vinegar & toss 3-5 minutes
o   Add tomato, Tomato puree and cooked 2-3 minutes
o   Add stock and bring to boil 30-35 minutes & skim out.
o   Straining nicely and re boil
o   Seasoning by Salt, Pepper, Sugar and a little tomato ketchup
o   Add fresh cream
o   Served with croutons
